Applies to all apps published by Metric Rise FZE LLC

1. Agreement

By downloading or using any application ("App") published by Metric Rise FZE LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Metric Rise FZE LLC is a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, UAE. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store terms of service (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock additional features. Where applicable:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions).
• A lifetime purchase option may also be available as a one-time, non-recurring payment.

All prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. We do not handle payment information directly; all transactions are processed by Apple or Google.

4. Free Tier

Some Apps provide limited free access. The specific limits of the free tier are described within each App. After exceeding the free tier, a subscription or one-time purchase may be required to continue using all features.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass any usage limitations or security measures

6. User Data

Data you create within our Apps is stored locally on your device. We do not store, access, or process your data on any server. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

7. Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metric Rise FZE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of our Apps.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of any App is also subject to the terms of service of the applicable app store (Apple or Google).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.
