How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Padel Americano > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Padel Americano > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Padel Americano > Settings > Restore Purchases. This will check your Apple ID or Google account and restore any active subscription or lifetime purchase.
How do I delete my data?
All tournament data is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all data permanently. If you want to delete analytics data associated with your device, contact us at [email protected].
I paid but still see the paywall
Try restoring your purchase in Settings > Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase. Contact us if you still need help.
How many free tournaments do I get?
You can create up to 3 tournaments for free with all features unlocked. After that, a Pro subscription or lifetime purchase is required to create additional tournaments.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by us directly. On iOS: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android: open Google Play > Account > Order History > find the purchase > Request a Refund.
